The Business Elements of Leadership

This was a powerful business alchemy breakout Mystics. I'm feeling truly humbled. 

I feel without the words (me!?! - crazy right!?!) and without the constructs to communicate the Leadership SHIFT that is upon us. It is so edgy to talk paradigm shift and disruption and gender and race and age all in one call! So grateful we have the privilege to do so - however clumsy it may be. 

But you are all part of it. I would like to extend a HUGE gratitude to our Hot Seats Fran Dukehartand Caitlin Lyon for their courage and voice. 

Huge gratitude also to all who joined the call - claiming Leadership isn't an easy thing to do - but what you do for the one you do for the ALL - and its time to shine Mystic friends. 

Huge gratitude as well to all of you who will watch the replay. This is an important discussion - and the time is NOW to cultivate the NEW leaders of the new paradigm we are ushering forth. And so it is.

Qualities include: Vision, Autonomy, Authority (it's not what you think), Voice, Purpose, Plan, Courage, Confidence and a love of LEARNING

Practices include: 1. Create powerful Containers (Rhythms, Riverbanks, Batching) 2. Communicate 3. Delegate 4. Manage 5. Foster ALIGNED Freedom (this is my favorite one!!!)
