Over the last 16 years, Dawn has used her vast knowledge and personal + professional experience to help hundreds of women become more grounded and spiritually connected in the midst of motherhood, heal generational patterns they don’t want to pass down, and create deeper connections with their children and partners.
Dawn guides women through her effective and unique approach where she integrates mindfulness, body-centering techniques, psycho-spiritual practices, and Divine Feminine Dance into her soul’s work to help them align deeply with the truth of who they are, so that they can live in alignment and become the ultimate role models for their daughters as they manifest the lives and relationships they desire!
