Gail Barnes is the social media maven behind one of most highly engaged Facebook / Twitter brands online - Moonalice. Since her start with Moonalice she has grown their tribe from 400 “Likes” to a tribe of over 300 thousand and with some of the highest engagement ever seen (6 million on a post - for example :-).  In this interview we talk about my favorite new paradigm business tool “resonance” and even dip into cupcake and quantum magnetism all the way to healing, influence and how to keep negativity in your tribe at bay.
