Q 1: Please tell us about yourself. What is your connection to alternative ways of knowing?
I have a deep connection to my spirit guides and angels. I never doubt my decisions or the process of life. I always trust the unfolding of circumstances as positive no matter how they appear. The soul always seeks the most enriching experiences.
Q2: Tell us briefly how you found your Lost Art.
I wish intuition wasn't a lost art. However, we are trained not to listen to our natural abilities. I re-discovered my psychic abilities in my late twenties, I began practicing with oracles - hand analysis, tarot, astrology, numerology, pendulum dowsing. All of this divination tools opened up my psychic senses.
Q3: How have you integrated your innate talent and your Lost Art practice into your life? What challenges did you face in this integrative process?
Being intuitive isn't a skill, it is a way of life. This is how I respond to the world now - through my psychic senses, always consulting my guides and angels for insight, healing and direction, and receiving it through my being. It was challenging learning how to trust that I wasn't opening myself up to negative energies, but I soon learned that by opening my psychic senses and calling upon the higher beings for help, I am protected.
Q4: What does your Lost Art practice look like on a daily basis?
I am continually grounding and cleansing my energy, as well as circumstances and places in my life. I view the world as "energy" instead of circumstances, therefore everything is mutable.
Q5: What important lesson would you share with an earlier version of yourself, or to somebody who is just now exploring what a mystical path might mean to them?
I would love for us all to know that the more we give ourselves the love and approval we need, rather than seek it outside of ourselves, that happier and more connected we will be.
Q6: If there was only one thing a person could find the energy and resources to make a priority, what should it be?
Tune out the opinions of others. Focus on finding your answers and approval within.
